What apartment is better?

Seems you need to have this conversation with your husband, not me. I'd go for the inside washer...of course. Just tell your husband that he will have to do the laundry if you move in the smaller unit. Also I assume you have brought up the idea that doing your laundry in your apartment leaves you free to do other things while it is going but if you leave it at the laundromat, things could get stolen and you might have to sit there while it washes and dries. There is nothing better than a close washer and dryer...just makes life so much easier. Ask him if he would like to do the laundry while you cook or vise versa....Nice of him to make life harder on you. Stand up for yourself on this one. The larger apartment sounds better anyway.
