What is the difference between vacuumed sealed ground beef and the ground beef in rolls?

Vacuum sealed beef is beef that is in plastic and the air has been sucked out so that the meat won't go bad so quickly. And the prices just depend on the percentage of fat that has been mixed in with the beef. The higher the fat percentage, the cheaper the meat will be. Hope that helped!
