Drug test while pregnant?

So today I was talking to a girl that is pregnant and she told me that during your pregnancy you have to take two drug tests. She said that if you fail them then you are reported to the state and they can take your baby. This is the first time that I am hearing about that. I know that if there is any suspicion of drug use around children or child abuse then your children can and will be taken. I just didn't know that you had to do drug tests while pregnant. It makes sense that you would though. I was just wondering if it is true.
